SIMPLE CONTINUOUS or PROGRESSIVE

Simple Continuous or Simple Progressive is something that is being done or something that has started but not yet finished, and usually this happens at the present time.

How to Form the Simple Present
In a simple form continuously, the verb used is verb-form ing (reading, speaking, listening, drinking) or (Verb 4) and by using tobe (is am are). If this sentence is negative, the tobe is added with "not". there is the rules to make simple continuous sentence.

For Examples:
1. I am reading a book right now.
2. You are drinking a cup of tea now.
3. She is cleaning the room right now.
4. He is typing the message now.
5. We are going to school on foot now.
6. They are buying grammar book now.
7. John is writing his paper right now.
8. John and Cally are making a cake now.
9. John or Cally is bringing a card right now.
10. My father is having a cat now.



HOW TO MAKE POSITIVE, NEGATIVE, INTERROGATIVE (Positive,Negative) AND PASSIVE SENTENCE (Positive, Negative and Interrogative)

1. Positive Sentence: S+ tobe + Verb-ing

For Examples:
1. Right now I'm in class. I am sitting at my desk .
2. Our teacher is standing up right now.
3. It is raining a lot in southern California.
4. Mrs. and Mr. Wilson are reading the morning paper.
5. Mrs. Wilson is pouring a cup of coffee right now.
6. They are listening to some music on a transistor radio.
7. I am thinking about sea gulls and waves.
8. We are looking up words in the dictionary, because he want to make sure that we don't have any misspelled words in our paper.
9. Maria is studying swimming in the pool.
10. They are playing  new game on their own mobile phone.

2. Negative Sentences : S+ tobe + not + Verb-ing.

For Examples:
1. Right now I'm in class. I am not sitting at my desk .
2. Our teacher is not standing up right now.
3. It is not raining a lot in southern California.
4. Mrs. and Mr. Wilson are not reading the morning paper.
5. Mrs. Wilson is not pouring a cup of coffee right now.

3. Interrogative Sentence
A. Positive Interrogative Sentence: Tobe + S+ Verb-ing.

For Examples:
1. Right now she is in class. Is she sitting at her desk ?
2. Is Our teacher standing up right now?
3. Is it  raining a lot in southern California?
4. Are Mrs. and Mr.Wilson reading the morning paper?
5. Is Mrs.Wilson pouring a cup of coffee right now?

B. Negative Interrogative Sentence: Tobe +not + S+ Verb-ing.

For Examples:

4. Passive Sentence
A. Positive Passive Sentences : Object + tobe + being + Verb 3 + by Subject.

For Examples:
1. The morning paper is being read by Mrs. and Mr.Wilson now.
2. A cup of coffee is being poured by Mrs.Wilson right now.
3. The words in the dictionary are being looked by them, because they want to make sure that they don't have any misspelled words in their papers.
4. Swimming strategy in the pool is being studied by Maria.
5. New game is being played by them in my room right now.
6. Chocolate is being eaten by my little sister right now.
7. The paper is being posted by him right now.
8. The class is being cleaned by the office boy right now.
9. The red dress is being chosen by her right now.
10. The blue boxs are being cleaved by my uncle now.


B. Negative Passive Sentences : Object + tobe + not + being + Verb 3 + by Subject.

For Examples:
1The morning paper is not being read by Mrs. and Mr.Wilson now.
2. A cup of coffee is not being poured by Mrs.Wilson right now.
3. The words in the dictionary are not being looked by them, because they want to make sure that they don't have any misspelled words in their papers.
